The forced reload is the absolute worst. You can be in the middle of a comment and bam, you’re back on the front page.
The mute feature is fantastic.
This app looks like it was built so they could say they have one rather than provide value.
I’m probably cancelling my premium subscription and that makes me sad.

Must re-login anytime i post a comment
Please fix this. The app has great content and i love it. However every single time i want to enter a comment i have to log in again. It is really annoying

Technical glitches
Webmaster, there are glitches in Premium Access. Your last update was five months ago! That should be more often please. Page still reloads while I’m logging in, so it takes 3 tries to do so. When I want to comment on an article, I am prompted to log in, even though I’m already logged in. Please fix!

I have the app and pay for it. I try to comment and it makes me login, which i was not successful doing. Really? I tap the app , read , but cant comment? May unsubscribe, make it easy for me as a paying customer, not harder

Basic news, technical glitches
The news in JPost app is like a U.S. tabloid. Lots of news-agency articles, some in-depth editorials and op-eds. But please, webmaster, give x the iOS login glitches for Premium Access. Page reloads while I’m logging in, I give up and use the ad version. So why am I paying for ad-free when the tech needs fixing. Thx

Constantly logged out of Premium Access
Good English news content from Israel, but the app is a constant frustration. I pay for premium access, yet the app never remembers the fact that I’ve logged in already.
To make matters worse the login page doesn’t directly accept credentials from the Apple Passwords app. Very annoying!

Can’t select specific notifications
Besides all the other criticisms here which are still valid (app is buggy, slow to load, etc) there is also the issue of way too many notifications. I got the app to hear about breaking news as it happens, but so many other irrelevant notifications appear as well, that I had to turn off notifications. Provide some way to customize them and I’ll turn notifications back on.

Have to reload app about every 4 weeks but otherwise it’s a good news source .
Page reloads make the app almost unuseable
The page reloads are too frequent and interrupt everything you do - just to put another irrelevant and annoying ad in your face!
Needs a MAJOR Overhaul.. Why no update in 2 years?
