Doesn’t Work
Unfortunately this app hasn’t worked for me for over half a year.
Notifications
I have an iPhone with updated OS and updated The Jump app and push notifications Have never worked on my phone for this app so I just have to go in periodically to make sure I don’t miss anything from the group. I’ve heard the same thing from other group members who use the app. Push notifications are turned on in the app and also in my settings. I tried the contact us on the jump app website but the recaptcha is broken and it wouldn’t let me submit.

Issues
We use this app as a communication for our troop. We are not able to get notifications for a while. Even when we remove the app and re-download it’s still not working.

This app is great! Not to bad at all!! Basically a kid friendly Instagram!

Does anyone monitor this app anymore? I’ve deleted and redownloaded it several time and it’s just a frozen start page. Too bad.
Shut down
We have used this app for several years for several groups. Suddenly now it is completely non-functioning for days (including the desktop version). The apps haven’t been updated in over a year. There is no response to submitting a “contact us” ticket on their website. It looks like they have abandoned it and our groups are left in a lurch. :(

Works great on iPhone, love the app! but my friends with Androids can’t download the app.
Poor UI and App design
User interface / app needs to be revamped to be more intuitive and more logical laid out for usability.
More of a story book then an interactive app
Can not post anything! All I can do is read and like comments. Very hard to use!
Can log in
Although I have an account, I can’t log in. It prompts you to put your phone number in, then sends you a code. I have joined several groups and opened one. Seems very easy to use and friendly, but now it wants me to create an account each time I try and log in. Very frustrating since I already have one.

Best App Ever
I was so tired of Instagram and Facebook. After I made “The Jump” I could never look back! I recommend this to everyone who is looking for a social platform without all the garage. Love it!
Love this kid friendly
I am 12 and i am not aloud to have social media but my parents aloud it because the jump os a place where kids can go on and not have dirty stuff like tiktok and instagram and other no social media like that and it is so much fun to see the talents people have on here and there is not all that hate people spread around.

Absolutely love this app-AMERICAN HERITAGE GIRLS
I absolutely love this app. I am 48 years old and my daughter’s troop AMERICAN HERITAGE GIRLS started using it at the beginning of the year. At first I was annoyed because everyone is always using new apps and just something new to learn. But, this is so clear and easy and fun and reminds me of Facebook but better because it is just the groups you create.
So you can have themes.
