Scan the QR at the door and the app checks you in — no picker, no extra taps. If there is no signal where you are, your check-in is saved and sent the moment you are back online, recording the time you actually arrived. Announcements now appear on your home screen instead of only in notifications, and open in full with the church's link where there is one. The messages icon now opens your messages — Direct and Groups, with unread counts — rather than the people directory. Church leaders can now approve people asking to join their church from the app, and are notified when someone asks.
