Out of stock items
Never have enough stock! They continue to advertise out-of-stock and discontinued items. I was placed on a waiting list for several out-of-stock items due to size and never received any updates. It's really unfortunate that the online customer service is lacking because they have great merchandise.
My order
My order was wrong and I sent back one of the items I purchased from your business and have. Not gotten a refund or correction on order and sent back to me. Called and know response.
Why bother?
I attempted four times to register with this site. Each time, the message was you are not registered. The one time it worked, then I was sent a 6 digit code for “further” confirmation that kicked me email off the site. 🤦🏽
Just registered as a guest. The crazy part is I’ve ordered before under the same email. Go Figure. You guys need to fix this, as I can assure you I will not be as patient next time!
