Unfortunately the forgot password link doesn’t work. It just sends you to open the app. This was after the app wouldn’t accept the password I set so haven’t actually had access to the app yet! Argh!
LIFE SAVER ♥️
I have been using this app for a few years now, and I love it so much! It's literally helped me out more than I ever imagined it could. I'm so so sad that after today I will not be able to use it anymore for the 24/7 chat. I pray and hope that it doesn't stay like that, and reverts back to the original way it was. I'm not sure what I'm gonna do without it. It's given me and my Evee girl so much help and ease to our minds. I will miss it so much. 😭

Payed for the subscription but it still says my password or email is wrong
Saved Me Hundreds!
I had downloaded this app a couple of weeks ago to keep my 4 cats records & progress together, so I had filled in the details I wanted. My Bengal has a special place in my heart & seeing that he was having trouble urinating, I was very concerned. Last time this happened, it cost £900, so I was stressed out. I couldn’t lose him.
I was messaging with a vet within a minute & the conversation lasted about 20mins, I wasn’t rushed, he just made sure that we understood each other. I had some medication left over that I was able to use, as it was out of hours for my own vet & was guided to order a urine test online, saving me the cost at my vet, along with out of hours call out.
After our chat, I was emailed a full breakdown of what we discussed, what was recommended, and follow up, along with the reassurance that I needed. This chat saved me hundreds, and as for my own vet using Pets App, it’s “3 days” later and I still haven’t had a reply. The best £4.99 I ever spent! But money can’t buy the comfort we get from our animals, we owe them the best we can give them, & I know my boy got the very best from these guys.

Can’t do anything
I downloaded the app. There’s a pop up to sign up for the premium plan. If you click the x to go to the app it logs you out. There’s literally no way to use the free version like there is on the website version. Major fail.
Reassurance when you need it the most
Access to advice and reassurance and instruction when you need it the most and I’ve twice got through to my vet at the practice we attend. So grateful.

I asked a question on the 24/7 vet advice service and the vet really settled my mind and gave me some great advice. This app is perfect for those of us who worry about our dog constantly.
App isn’t very functional
Downloaded as have a free premium subscription through the vet. But the app is constantly freezing and not scrolling. Tried to contact my vets through it, but can’t find the option. Feels like it should be a game changer but the tech isn’t right.
Useless
It doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do, type in a message and get absolutely no reply hence totally useless. Also it’s a real hassle to load and if your dog is not well you certainly don’t want yo be wasting time with this rubbish.
Time Consuming
Annoying to install. Why do we need to enter ‘gotcha’ dates? Have to select breed but of course mixed breed (probably the most common) is way down the list of dozens and dozens. Screen freezes on part where you are asked to enter a picture. I couldn’t say if the app is actually up and running. A great example of how tech actually adds stress and complication to life when we don’t need it.

Upset stomach on a puppy
I was impressed with how fast and polite the vet answered me and gave me some options and my puppy is feeling much better
Relief
As a first time puppy Mom there was a lot of anxiety around the fact that my dog is sick and being able to talk to a vet that helped and being able to see a difference within the next day has been huge for my confidence and just over my puppies wellbeing

It helped with my issue with my dog, not eating. The doctor gave me a great recommendation to do a 50-50 mixture and it worked.
Cancelled multiple times
App continues to charge me even though it says I unsubscribed. Very dishonest and shady. Stay away from
This app stole my money
Basically, no one told me this was exclusively for cats and dogs when I paid into it, just that a veterinarian would be able to help me with my animals. Spent my last money on a membership to get my dying button quail help, and they refused to do anything whatsoever, wouldn’t write a prescription or anything. My bird died in an incubator in the middle of the night because they refused to help. Maybe put a warning “WE CANNOT OFFER VETERINARY HELP FOR ANIMALS OTHER THAN DOMESTIC HOUSE CATS OR DOGS” because it was my last money, and I’ve been trying for months to get a refund but no one ever returns my emails. Buyer beware, if you have exotics, farm animals, or even common pets that aren’t under the “cat and dog” rule that are sick, do NOT attempt to use this app. It will get you nowhere and is a waste of money for anyone with even a mild animal hobby or collection. Animals are not objects but we call a zoological grouping a collection so. Either way, this was a horrible experience and I watched my best friend die because of this app lying to me.

Helpful, convenient, and reassuring
This app has it all for pet owners, especially paranoid ones like me. Training tips and advice, all your dogs info and records, advice from experts if you’re feeling worried about something with your pet, etc. Highly recommend.
