5* game, 1* support
I want to give 5-stars, but the cut-scenes are not showing up at all (sound only). Contacted BFG customer service and got no help whatsoever. App support is the developer’s job, not Apples! Beware…most of BF games are about a decade+ old and might not work well with newer devices, even though the description says it’s compatible.

مرحباً، كنت دائماً من محبي إصدارات ألعاب Big fish وكان هذا سابقاً ، لكن من المحزن رؤية الألعاب الآن بالكاد تتلقى أي دعم أو صيانة. قمت بتحميل لعبة family lies على هاتفي الآيفون واضطررت لحذفها على الفور تقريباً لأن العرض كان يظهر جزء من الشاشة فقط ولم يكن بالإمكان لعب اللعبة بشكل طبيعي. هذه اللعبة الآن حالها أفضل قليلاً لأنني أحملها على جهاز الآيباد الخاص بي (وهو قديم بعض الشيء لذا لا توجد مشاكل) ، لكن مع ذلك لا يمكنني الاستمتاع برؤية العروض السينمائية داخل اللعبة حيث تظهر شاشة سوداء بدل أي عرض ولا يمكنني متابعة القصة، ولكن اللعبة تعمل على الأقل. أرجو إصلاح الأخطاء التقنية في جميع الألعاب ، مازال هناك أشخاص يحبون Big Fish ويرغبون بالاستمتاع بألعابها والدفع مقابل ذلك.

Top aber Flop
Ich habe das Spiel als Kind gespielt und wollte es unbedingt nochmal spielen, weshalb ich die Vollversion gekauft habe. Leider habe ich immer kein Bild wenn die Filmsequenzen abgespielt werden, was ich extrem schade finde. Ich nutze ein iPad Pro mit dem neusten Betriebssystem, an meinem Gerät sollte es also nicht liegen.

Not working properly
When going to screens for the film the screen was totally blank and I had to skip the screen. Not too happy about that.

Это очень хорошая игра, сам много раз проходил ее на пк и ни разу на планшете. Вот только покупать ее бессмысленно. Тут не работают катсцены, вместо них просто черный экран. А еще на современных IPad с диагональю больше 11 дюймов, картинка будет мыльная. Если и приобретать, то только на на более старые IPad. Было бы круто если бы сделали ремастер этой игры

Cut-scene Glitch?
I want to give 5-stars, but the cut-scenes are not showing up at all (sound only). Luckily, the skip button in the corner is visible. I’m probably missing some bits to the story due to this. I know it’s an older game, but an update would be great! Thanks!
Glitzy videos
The games seems like it would be good but all of the story videos play with a black screen. It really distracts from the story line. I have deleted and reloaded several times to no avail. Please fix!

How can you sleep at night? Charging £6.99 for a game that doesn’t work…. Shame on you. Update so the cut scenes work or remove form the App Store. Really very poor devs!

Game glitches
I bough the full version of the game but it is not working… It reaches to a certain level and the app goes down and closes.
Missing bits
Sadly this was spoiled by not being able to see any of the film fragments in the story, I just had to skip these as a blank screen with just the sound. £6.99 would of been a reasonable amount for this game had I been able to follow the story… so that’s why it’s a 3 star rating.
Needs to be bought
This is not a free game, will ask to buy after a few steps.
