Bate and Switch
The points program is awful. Conveniently the points reset between product restock. I had been holding out for a puffco and based on what the bartenders shared with me that was intentionally done by leadership. I’d rather shop somewhere where the business owner actually wants us to get the products, not perpetually lie to our faces.

Update gone wrong
This app has been amazing for a long time then it gets updated and now I can’t login! It keeps saying my password is wrong so I try and reset it and when I put in the new password it still throws an error telling me to check my login details.
Awful Update
The recently updated the app and it’s for the worst. For the past year their app has been amazing and allowed me to make purchases for pick up (I’m in KY). Now the app dosnt even allow me to look at products, let alone place an order. You all really messed up a good thing. I’ll be taking my business to a store that allows me to have full access to their app.

Why would I bother with this?
I really like the couple The Landing locations I’ve been to - they’re my preferred in my area. Their website has always been great, though I do think they could educate more about the rewards program. This app, though? Tells me I can’t shop because the App Store requires me to be in a state where they sell (I am, and I never have issues with location services), and it redirected me to my browser when I tried to see my loyalty points - which made me jump through so many hoops of password entry, text verification, then full login again. Don’t roll things out before they’re ready.

This app allows you to place orders and see everything you bought. I can watch my loyalty points grow too. 5stars!
