It’s “ok”
If you just want to use this app to keep up to date with what’s happening at The Leadenhall building like events and building works etc then it’s ok I suppose.
If you want to use your phone to access landlord areas within the building instead of your plastic pass then I wouldn’t bother, it’s very glitchy or simply just doesn’t work. I tried it on different phone models with the latest iPhone and a mid range Samsung and neither of them accepted the password for the card reader. Just use the plastic card for access, at least that always works.
Customer support were very helpful trying to get mine to work on both phones but after a long email trail and many attempts trying to get the card reader to work I just gave up and deleted the app.

Horrendous
One of the worst apps I’ve ever used in ~15 years. Registration is a total guessing game with arbitrary restrictions. Using as a pass has zero instructions on how to get a code. Multiple pages are just blank.
Needs improvement
Very hard to use. Very basic design. Won’t accept password leaving you to guess what it’s looking for, and no integration with iOS password manager.
