highly recommended and educational

my first review and i love this game! it has helped me learn more about the holocaust in places not just in Germany but in France. i love the characters and the story, the little boy is so cute! — a little hard to move but still a great game

Great experience!!

Absolutely worth playing.
I wasn’t expecting to be this moved by a mobile game, but The Light in the Darkness completely blew me away. It tells the story of a Polish Jewish family during the Holocaust in such a real and emotional way. You can tell the creators put a lot of heart into it.

The visuals are simple but effective, and the dialogue feels genuine. It’s not an action-packed game, but the story grips you. It made me pause and really think about the past, and how important it is to remember these stories. I finished it in one sitting.

If you’re into meaningful games that focus on storytelling and history, this one’s a gem. I wish more games had this kind of impact.
5/5 – Powerful message, unforgettable experience.

Truly incredible

One of the most unique games I’ve played.

Got passed sep1 and it wouldn’t let me keep going

I love the game so far but I’d like to keep playing so please help
I’m on my ipad

Developers, this game is broken — please fix it…

There is a bug near the beginning of the game, where the family is walking their son to school and just outside the cafe and they encounter a man on the sidewalk, but they can’t pass him or turn around or even interact with him — nothing seems to work so that’s it for continuing to make any progress — DEVELOPERS: Please fix this so I can continue… In case it matters, I’m using a fifth generation iPad Pro 12.9, running iOS 17.

crashes on ipad pro 2020

Seems like a good game but keeps crashing (black screen) on ‘May 10th 1940’ part. Will uninstall and not re-play as a result.

Amazing storyline!

This year, I have been learning about the holocaust and WWII, this was a very accurate description of how the Jews were treated. I do wish that they showed what life was like and the concentration camps, and what day to day life was like there. Overall though a very touching game.❤️

The 1 empty star

The one empty star is there because it is sad and depressed from the end of this story.
