No reward points if you order in person.

This app is terrible. Picked up my order and was completely different from what I ordered. May be app or the store but either way last time I use Lime

I see more items I can order when I am at the store,for whatever reason I don’t see those items when I am trying to order,that’s annoying
How can you have more of nothing?
App is very confusing! Tried to order and it says no cheese and other toppings and then gives you the option to add. Does that mean I’m adding cheese or adding no cheese? Love the food but had to wait in line to order. 😠
The app works well but..
The app works well but it’s weird that I can’t use it in the store. It’s limiting when you want to just go in quick or order for more than one person.

New, not improved
Just used the new app for the first time. Significantly worse than the previous app. Cannot select multiple protein options. Cannot add salsa or limes to your order. Cannot order large sides of salsa a la carte as you could previously. A ton of functionality that previously existed that no longer does.
On the plus side, I was finally able to use my rewards dollars.
