Terrible service! Liars!
Beware of this service! They are not legitimate. I confirmed a ride over a week in advance and received confirmation the week of about my ride on Saturday night at 6PM. Called them at 6:15 and they told me it was for 6:30 (lie #1). Said driver will be there at 6:45. So we waited because they told us the driver was on the way. Called back at 6:50 and were told the driver was getting gas. Said ok we will wait since they are close and an hour of our time had already been wasted. At 6:55 they called to tell me the driver actually still had a wedding party and at that point I knew I had been played. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

This was an unfortunate circumstance that came out of our Louisville Kentucky market. To the customer I apologize, please email support@thelimo.app and we would love to try and provide a way to make this better. However we have changed our distributor in Louisville KY and have not had any double booking issues since. With any new start up this type of service can be detrimental to a business, we continue to work to provide the best possible service for executive transportation.

App is quick and responsive not filled with ads... graphics look great easy to navigate and easy to access support if needed. Love the idea of cash payment
