Highly recommended
This is an awesome app for journaling and some serious self-exploration. The "digs" are remarkably effective prompts, gentle but powerful in the way they help you excavate thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may have been buried deep for longer than you can remember. Just download it and give it a try, you'll see!

So unique
I’ve used a lot of different apps to journal, reflect, meditate, whatever. I love this one because it has all of that in one app PLUS a very different way of “digging in” to who I am. It is fun AND reflective. It has a unique approach that is refreshing and fresh.
