Potential but flawed

In terms of emergency use the app should not prioritize fetching the bulb(s) status over allowing the 911 button to be pressed but I just opened the app and was greeted with an overlayed spinner for several seconds.

In term of the bulb it’s a very cool (hard white/blue hue) and fairly bright and not very aesthetic hue for a residential exterior light.

Game Changer!

The Locator 911 bulb is a game changer for first responders! Having worked in EMS and Emergency Medicine for the last 30 years, minutes and even seconds matter. When a first responder can locate your home quickly it may make the difference between life and death!

And as a resident living in a subdivision with 1500+ homes, it makes it very easy for first responders to locate my home quickly.
