Loved it. Feels like being part of a Redwall story. Bought the full access and did not regret it!
Nostalgia
Loved the books and was excited to check out the game. Played a bit and then I rand out of “candles”. You have to pay to continue the game. They don’t come back after hours. It’s a shame.

It’s a great game but I wish you could restart it, I just delete it and then re-download it to restart
Redwall Abbey is Timeless
These torch-bearers of literary history do their due diligence in delivering a timeless story into new mediums.
Lovely game, but layout isn’t great
The game is just lovely, and I am really enjoying it so far, but sadly on my phone it can be hard to read the text sometimes. The dialogue options are longer than the button, and so you don’t always know exactly what you are selecting. Likewise the small scroll with the information requires you to scroll down to read, though there is plenty of space for the scroll to just be bigger and fit it all on.

One issue
I love this game because it is super Nostalgic for me. The Redwall books were a huge part of my teenage years along with being a major bonding thing for me and my adopted sister. The stories are great and stay true to the spirit of the world Brian Jacques created so hopefully there will be more coming. My one problem is that the candles don’t seem to come back via a timer. So you have to watch the three daily videos then if you run out, you have to spend money. For this game, I wouldn’t mind it but it doesn’t feel like a Wall that you will hit eventually and then have to pay to get around.

Fun game
This is a fun little game and is a good addition to the Redwall series. The issue? Not sure how do a replay. So it’s for me a good one shot game but I can’t seem to figure how to open the stories again which is a shame since it is fun.

Hi @banditjedi87 - It may be that you're out of candles, in which case you can watch ads or purchase more to extend the "light" by which you read...or it could be a bug. ;) Please reach out to testing-at-somagames-dot-com and we can get you sorted.
From a long time Redwall fan
Redwall was the very first book I fell in love with as a kid. I’m very grown now, and I haven’t picked up a Redwall book in over a decade, but decided to download this app when a friend brought it up to me. Needless to say I loved it! The art, music, and story captures the very essence I used to feel reading the books as a child. It was exciting to see where my choices would lead me, & I felt immersed in a way I haven’t felt about any book in a long time. Thank you for the wonderful experience! Well worth paying for unlimited reading.

Great, beautiful game!
When I saw this was on mobile, I got so excited! My gaming computer broke a while back, so I haven’t been able to play the desktop version. This mobile version doesn’t disappoint! The graphics/artwork is stunning, and so far the story is incredible (I’m only on Act One, but loving it!!). I really appreciate the fact that the chapters are long enough to allow you to really dive into the story.
This app is perfect for all ages, and will delight both new and old fans of the Redwall series.

Super Great for Kids!
I got this kid friendly game for my children to watch on an airplane ride …it was so fun for them and interactive and safe and clean. Will definitely keep an eye out for more games from this developer.
