About

The Lot is where a production keeps its client. Productions usually live in email threads, PDFs and text messages, and the client is left wondering what's happening. The Lot puts the whole job at one link: the live schedule, the deck, every cut, every approval, and updates as they happen, current from award through final delivery. HOW IT WORKS Your production team publishes the schedule once. You join with a six-character code. No account, no install hurdle, nothing to set up. Home answers the 8am question: where the job stands, what's next, and whether anything is waiting on you. When something is in your court, YOUR MOVE owns the top of the page and the app sends one push. That is the only notification it will ever send. THE SCHEDULE, FOUR WAYS Month, week, day, and list views built for a phone. Tap any event for details, leave a note that lands on that event instead of in a pile, and subscribe your own calendar so the schedule stays current inside the tools you already use. CUTS THAT CANNOT GO STALE Every deliverable is versioned. The newest cut is marked LATEST; superseded cuts gray out. Notes on an old cut end here. APPROVALS AS RECEIPTS Approve a review from your phone. Every approval writes a timestamped receipt with your name, and the full ledger is exported at wrap. FOR THE PRODUCTION TEAM Sign in inside the same app to post updates, push cuts, manage the join code, and add teammates, from set, from the van, from anywhere. The Lot is a professional tool for brands, agencies, and production companies.

A cleaner front door: one screen, three clear choices — invite code, Google, or email. Team members can start a new production right from the app. Subscribe to a production's schedule in your calendar and it keeps itself current. The app's look now matches its icon. Fixes and polish throughout.
