The new update on this app is not user friendly at all it is clunky and frustrating to say the least.
Home Screen redesign terrible
The recent redesign is terrible. The most common menu (Login and then the My Account) is at the very top, inconvenient to press on. It was perfect before at the bottom and then the redesign moved it to the top. Terrible UX decision. Also, the way you look at tickets is painful, searching by month. Just a button with “active tickets” would be far more useful

Favourite entries now tedious
The app used to be good but changes to it re favourites and having to go back and forth from home page to favourites again and again is not helpful. It was great the way it used to be as favourites stayed on the page until they were completed for each game. That is when you had multiple favourites for the same game. Better still be able to click all the favourites OBE has for say Oz lotto at the same time to enter them all at once thx cj

Accessibility in this product sucks
The vendor who creates this app must follow the web content accessibility guidelines as there are too many issues to report. If you’re a screen reader user or use any other form of cystic knowledge on a mobile device, you will struggle and using this product. Lack of care is present inside this product for those people who wish to buy tickets who are disabled.

Visible dividend option
Moving the favorites to the top and login was a big mistake. It’s no longer ease of use. It was way better at the bottom.

Why on earth is tilting the opposite way??? (research how games work)
Also bad; once I Clear (delete) them, I cannot go back to Play Pick! WHY???
I’m forced to use Fast select unfilled, which has a much higher chances of selecting too many sequential numbers - who’s genius idea was these???
Fix asap.

Streamlining trouble
First let me say I love the ease of getting my lotto et al online so so much easier and you’re less likely to forget doing it vs at a shop. But at some point a duplicate acct was made (we made it) and now have issues because of the duplicate despite trying to delete the second acct in our name. Wish we could as I’d like to have sms security added but is blocked by having the second acct.
