Excellent newspaper

Texas is big on “Friday Night Lights”, but the Lubbock paper coverage of HS Football ain’t what it used to be. Many years ago we could see all the area football scores on Saturday morning.

Great for most part

I’ve been using the Lubbock A-J app for a number of years. Since I know longer live in the area where I grew up, I enjoy keeping up with local news, the obituaries, sports, and comics. Most of the time, the app works great. Occasionally, I have to reinstall it. Sometimes the Sunday Comics don’t appear. I especially enjoy the articles written by Don Williams and Nathan Giese along with the USA Today sports’ writers.
