Dissapointed

I kept running across this app’s name on every list of must have Crystal apps. I don’t normally buy apps outright without some sort of trial first, but since it was super cheap and highly recommended, I went for it. And honestly, it doesn’t give me anything more than some of the free apps that I already use, and it’s a little clunkier to navigate. I also hate that the opening screen is basically a shop link. I’m all for small businesses trying to make money, but I don’t appreciate it when it’s shoved in my face every single time I interact with their software, especially for a paid app. deleted it a few days later.

App crashes every time I use it

I’ve owned the app for a couple of years now and decided to play around with it more recently. Every single time I try to “select & find” the app crashes. I tried contacting the developer but the link takes me to a site that’s just selling other products with no direct link to send a message.

Needs updating

On the iPhone there are only pictures and no info. Don’t waste your money on this until there is a fix.

Can’t view photos offline

UPDATE June 2020: After the recent update, the photos appear, but the description and information area for the crystals is blank! Deleting this buggy app!

Old review: Nice app, but I’m not always hooked up to cellular or WiFi. Offline, the photos disappear. That is disappointing.

Keeps crashing!

I really liked this app and found it worth the money I paid for it, but now it keeps crashing and the app won’t even open.
Will this be fixed anytime soon? Or will I be out the $ I paid??

I am so sorry Kroan325 that I missed your review and that you are having problems with the app. We have just recently created a new version that hopefully will eliminate the problems you are having. If you don't have the most current version... download that. If it does not show a new version, go to the Resources tab on the app and select "Update App Data"... this should refresh it. The biggest change to this release is the button navigation on the 'Spinner'. Please let me know if you have any other issues! Charles

Really love the app

App is great! Works great, never glitches, good spread of stones but could be more comprehensive,although I think it does keep updating its database. Really enjoy using it and agree with other review - wish we could bookmark stones better.

If we did it would probably be another app... just to ensure that the performance of the app doesn't degrade. Luckily, the bookmark feature has been added. Love it! Wish there was more stones though.

I love this app! It is so well laid out and easy to use! Most of the crystals I need to find are in there, but there's still a lot that are not. Sometimes when I go to check out a crystal I have to turn to good old Google instead, because it was not offered in the list. I hope you guys add more soon! That would be amazing! Nice work on the app, regardless.

Not worth the cost; list of stones-so incomplete

This app would be great if it included the many other crystals/stones that exist from our planet....Like Black Obsidian, Blue Calcite, Moss Agate, and much more. The information given for each stone is also incomplete. A major update is needed to make this app worth the price. In its current form, this app should be FREE! I'm sorry I spent the money.

I wish I knew how to give you a refund... I would do it in a heartbeat. It is never our intention to disappoint someone. I really get what you are saying about the list being incomplete... and at the same time there are thousands of different crystals and stones. The 100 crystals I chose are the ones that really resonated for me. I realize it probably doesn't matter to you, since you are not using the app... but the ones that are in the app are also crystals that we have in our store AND that I have easy access to. All the write-ups were done after working with the crystals and reflect the information I received about them. I am sorry the information feels incomplete. Best of luck finding the best tool to help you navigate your own journey with crystals. - Charles

The spinner is great. I wish there was a way to bookmark gems though.

Future watch

I hope this app grows. I love the features with the spinner. It would be amazing if they added more stones with several pictures. I would also like to see rough stones added to pictures as well. Hope this app keeps hope alive for more information.

BTW..., I took all of the pictures of the crystals (as well as writing about them...) as these are the ones we sell in our shop. We don't carry a lot of rough stones.., just because they don't seem to sell for us..., but if I find some good ones I will try to add pictures of them! Thanks again! Charles

Needs more info for price.

It has the potential to be a really good app,but there are to many "stones" not accounted for (apothyolite,shungite ect)
Also completely lacking astrological info.
It's a good app but needs updates with more stones and astrological signs.

Hi BenjamineLee... It has been a long time since this was first released and we have added about 40 crystals since it was first introduced. We are now at 100..., and that is probably about the max, just for app performance. However.., my question is about "astrological signs". I am not sure what you mean by that..., I am not aware of how the two tie together. If you want to point me in a particular direction... I could look and see. I know that there are about a dozen or so that are considered 'birthstones'... but that is about it... Any additional input would be helpful and appreciated! Charles

Love this app.

I love the fact that it has great information instead of going to the web and it's got pictures if you are unsure of the name of the stone. It gives the chakra and the emotions related to it.

Better than expected!

This app actually gives a lot of information about every crystal! I was expecting it to be simple, but it has a really great organizational system and you can identify unknown crystals just by looking at pictures! It has a cool feature where you can pick traits that you want to work on and find a crystal that will help. It even has a cute puzzle game that'll tell you a fun fact every time you complete a puzzle (:

My only complain is that the paragraphs of information get cut off randomly! I know that there's more words but I can scroll down to see it :(

indication

It would be nice if when you put a note on a crystal, it would have an indication in the list of crystals that there is a note with that particular crystal. This will aid in helping people know which crystals they already have.
