Annoyed
Had to listen to my fellow Future Paul Mitchell professional friend complain non stop about how the app kept closing out on her, therefore losing all of her progress. Please patch this app.
the worst
literally never saves my work and deletes the work in the middle of doing it. i dread doing makeup sheets on here. wish i could give zero stars but i cant. ihate this app
glitches
1) sometimes the app crashes; doesn’t save work. Sometimes when you exit the face sheet, it doesn’t ask you if you want to save your work; you lose all progress.
2) blush colors provided look absolutely awful on darker skin
3) why are there so few skin color options
4) cannot make custom colors lighter than the beige provided on the palette
6) some of the eye sheets are uneven which renders the mirroring function basically useless
7) the eyebrows are difficult to work around and basically impossible to hide.
8) the layering function regularly glitches, erasing or blending lower layers that aren’t in use.
Good idea, poor execution. I am writing this after basically completing a face sheet and losing all my work because I didn’t get a save option. Please fix this app for more Future Professionals and others to use efficiently. In its current state, it is very difficult to work with.

Glitches
This glitches make it not worth the use of this app. I’d rather use paper at this point
Poor quality app
It seems like it’s in permanent beta mode and they just released it. Hate having to use this and is putting me off trying makeup.
