Unable to open runners tracks

Bought pro via upgrade option in app, unable to use. It errors “already an active subscriber using receipt.” Contacted support, days later they send me the same file available in the help section that provides no help, is not relevant, still cannot use and no refund. I have hours into restarts, redownload, and reading help files. No help from support, waste of $

Does not import trails (iphone)

Looks like it would be good, does not show up to “open with” section on iphone to import a shared trail. There is no option in the app to choose “import” i’ve spent 2 hours updating, re-installing, and googling to no avail. (Iphone 16) I found no help for this, the web help is based on pc use, not the phone. It would be hard to run a trail with my laptop…

Add to Apple watch

Love the app and has been very useful for our mantrailing antics but would love to be able to add the app to my apple watch too for even better convenience - any chance that could be done ?

Ganz gut, mit Schwächen

Ich nutze die App im Training für die Rettungshundestaffel. Sie ist eine Erleichterung, hat aber ihre Schwächen. Die Aufzeichnung ist teilweise ungenau und verbraucht relativ Akkukapazität, seit dem Update ist es etwas besser. Wünschenswert wären auch neue Funktionen, wie die Bedienung über die AppleWatch oder die Möglichkeit mehrere Runnertrails zu verbinden, beim Verlegen einer Versteckperson. Leider bekommt man keine Antwort vom Entwickler wenn man eine Nachricht schickt und es gibt auch keine regelmäßigen Neuerungen. Schade, da die App mit dem Abo sogar relativ teuer ist.

Hallo, vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Die neue Version, die ich vor einigen Wochen veröffentlicht habe, bietet genau die Grundlage für viele neue Funktionen, die ich geplant habe. Diese werden in den nächsten Wochen Schritt für Schritt getestet und für alle Nutzer veröffentlicht. Durch die Veröffentlichung der neuen Version habe ich Mails zu Problemen Vorrang gegeben. Die meisten unbeantworteten Mails sind aber beantwortet. Wenn du noch keine Antwort erhalten hast und nicht länger warten möchtest, sende mir doch gerne eine Antwort auf die Bestätigungsmail, die du nach dem Absenden deiner Mail erhalten hast. New layout isn’t good

The new version of the pro app is no where near as good as the previous version. It definitely needs looking at again. It’s not user friendly and so much less useful. Please please please reinstate the old version or sort this one out. Layout is hard to navigate. Has anyone actually looked at it 🤔

Good app, Service did Get Back with Me

Have paid for the upgraded app and it was working well in fact this was my second year. Did an update and it does not recognize me as having an upgrade. Sent message to help center and have yet to hear back. So now I have an app that I am paying for and it does not work and no way to get help. The app works well but no way to get help if something goes wrong. UPDATE: They did get back with me and fixed the problem. Still using app and so far it is working.

Praktisch, logisch aufgebaut und der Preis für die Pro-Version ist gerechtfertigt.

Arbeite sehr viel damit und kann Trails danach super reflektieren.

Wenn etwas funktioniert, ist man ja immer zufrieden und meldet sich eher selten.
Als ich mich am Donnerstag mit dem Hinweis, dass etwas nicht funktioniert meldete, war die App zwei Tage später aktualisiert und läuft seitdem wieder perfekt! Was für ein Service!!! Vielen lieben Dank für diese wunderbare App!

Awful app

I’ve downloaded twice and had payment deducted twice and had zero functionality. Contacted the company 4 times zero response. Don’t use this app if you have an alternative you can use I begrudgingly gave one star because no stars isn’t available

Gut nachgebessert

Die App hast du wirklich gut nachgebessert. Mir gefällt das neue Kartenmaterial, schön, dass man auch die Ansicht wechseln kann und dass die App jetzt schon länger stabil läuft. Kleines Problem, dass man immer wieder mal die Pro-Version aktivieren muss. Den 5.ten Stern gibt’s, wenn du es schaffst, eine Ordner-Möglichkeit in die Runner- und in die gesuchten Trails einzufügen. Ich organisiere gerade Trails mit langer Liegezeit mit 50 HF aus verschiedenen Ländern. Die meisten Runnertrails kommen über The Mantrailing App. Ohne Ordnerstruktur wird das jetzt mega unübersichtlich. Vielleicht kann man ja aber auch eine Suchfunktion einführen. Unverzichtbar

Wir nutzen die App für unsere Trainings im Katastrophenschutz. Sie ist mittlerweile fester Bestandteil und unverzichtbar geworden. Egal ob schon für den Rettungsdienst zertifizierter Hund oder noch Anfänger.
Einziger Nachteil ist das etwas komplizierte handling wenn der Runner den Trail an das Suchteam schicken will. Hier wäre es wünschenswert einfach einen link zu generieren der den Trail dann öffnet. Statt: speichern, exportieren, per WhatsApp senden, dann beim Hundeführer öffnen, importieren, Speichen.

Issues

Started off great- but over the last year or so, the tracks laid are automatically jumping off course. Almost like it’s connecting to some I know source. I have sent feedback and asked for help, but have yet to hear back. The tracks get so off course it shows me walking multiple extra miles even on short tracks laid. As police K9- I need something more reliable and trustworthy. I paid for the pro version and expect more.

The online app is great! Desktop functions non-existent

I want to start out by saying I use this application every day that I train. I am a police K9 handler for a tracking and trailing dog. I work with a lot of citizens and volunteers that I ask to also use this application while they set trails. The price of this app makes it very easy to ask people to download and purchase the pro version if they are going to train with me regularly.

I have officially gotten permission from my command staff to use this application as my training and deployment documentation.

That being said there are only 2 things I really wish would be possible. The first is the ability to edit my trails on the desktop version. I am able to see everything that I have done, but I can’t input any info. The second thing would be having a way to create a training group where I can invite other handlers to an event and document my entire training day, not just my dogs activities.

Outside of those two things, thank you for creating a product that has been so useful and reasonable for me to be able to use with others.
