Ok when it decides to work
Glitchy, doesn’t seem to offer the promos when registering in time, contacted support who said it was just me and my partners app doing it… result was they are re-running a promo as surprise surprise MANY people are having the same issues.
Last promo it was only available on my app not his.
Currently they must be trying to fix the app as neither of us are even able to log in to it now and it comes up with reels of data when trying to sign in which then returns an error page.

Doesn’t load!
Opening the app, instead of just using Face ID , it prompts for password, which means it’s never going to open properly.
Every so often it’s fixed & works properly, but most of the time it’s a waste of space.
Tried using website, it doesn’t work either.

Email verification doesnt work, impossible to contact support
I have been totally unable to log into the app because the email verification link that the met sends does not work. I have been trying to contact support for weeks and have received no reply whatsoever. Surely it is beneficial for the casino to get players using the app?
Doesn’t Even Start
App hangs on the Met chip loading screen infinitely.
