Need more options
I would like to be able to choose any phone I would like. iPhone suck. Other than that the app does what it needs to. Also need to have a dark mode in the app.

Garbage app
Poorly supported. Been dealing with a bug that exists on newest OS that causes the keyboard to not show up. Customer service is unhelpful and this drastically affects my productivity . These developers have one supported OS that they fail to maintain their software integrity on. This is gross incompetence of the highest magnitude. Not only should the developers lose their jobs, they should be forcefully castrated so that their offspring not be allowed to pollute the human gene pool with their dumb chromosomes.

Make available on Samsung and all android phones
This app is so annoying. They STILL haven’t ported this app over to android devices like my preferred phone to use (Samsung phones). It has been MANY years of waiting for them to port this app over to Samsung Phones as well and STILL NOTHING. How frustrating. It seems like such a simple task to do but for some reason the vendors like myself and many others who prefer to not use IPhones we are stuck on these annoying iPhones just because the developers don’t want to port the app over to Samsung devices. How fruiting that I have to spend several hundred dollars just to get an iPhone just to use the app. GIVE US OPTIONS PEOPLE! The app has worked better over time but also does have a good amount of organization with information that NEEDS to be provided. PLEASE developers port this app over to android phones so we can use out preferred phones. Don’t only make this available on IPhone only. We need this as the NUMBER one prioritized list. Make it available on multiple phone options and not only iPhone so you’re helping the vendors oIt and not hindering us vendors by making use spend more money on phones we don’t want to use but are forced to use. As a vendor who has used this app for several YEARS I’m frustrated that the developers haven’t ported this over to Samsung phones yet. At this point I don’t know what they’re being paid to do but I do still have hope that they will read this is fix the port problem and all released this app on Samsung phones. If they do then I will gladly fix my review over. Please fix this issue ASAP! That’s what you’re getting paid for.

Needs Work
I will say it’s better than anything else we’ve used in the past, but still needs a lot of work… Plenty room for improvement. Start of Day Messages, MFC Charges/Credits on the daily reports, Snyc with Dist Mobile, etc.
Curious
My question is that I know we have to run the app on some type of newer iOS, but what if I wanted a different phone that’s not compatible with the App. Could I just keep my old iPhone as a work phone and keep the newer phone hot spotted to my work old phone and still everything be good to go?
Wish I could
I wish I could print a scan sheet after an invoice has been finalized. I have many stops that check what I take in and enter it later. If I forget to print a scan sheet for them, I have to void the order and start over.
Only supports one printer
Needs to be compatible with more Bluetooth printers and have an android version.
32 years forward!
When I started as an independent distributor of America’s number one snack cake 32 years ago, the printer was so big it came with its own stand to mount in your truck. So YES we have absolutely come a long way! You had to go to the truck to print the invoice. Using my phone and having any information a retailer would want to see at my fingertips has been a huge blessing! I think I was the 89th distributor in the nation to go with the app and overall have not had not one problem that caused me not to be able to sell product. The Ideas department is the best!!

Ordering
Not being able to view what promotions are running per store when ordering is very difficult as you have to pull out of order screen to place orders is very inconvient and time consuming
App crashes when I use read pick list with Bluetooth
Every time I use the app with Bluetooth and read my pic list the app crashes
Read Pick list function
Started using this for a few weeks now. It’s an excellent tool but very buggy. Doesn’t respond with every command. Even the next command when the delay between was minimal. Long delay while pulling the item next command it doesn’t respond. Very inconsistent in the response to commands.

Make simple
Why are we always updating the app to make more hard to understand. Simply is not always a bad thing. I.e changing the name from stores to sale transactions.
Need smarter
Poor delivery notifications. Intentional by management. Too many steps to get to the basics. Missing important Business expenses tracking ability just to be cheap on building the app.
