Pointless App
I was forced to download the app to get access to the Preds equipment sale and I have to say, it’s pointless in every way. I understand it’s a giant add for the team, filled with articles, fun facts, standings, etc but those are all thing you can get on the standard NHL app. You also get tons of adds from team sponsors, which is overwhelming and way too busy. Navigation is terrible, but the actual information is hard to find.

Complete waste of my time.
To go to a concert I have to sign up and waste my time doing all this bs then “sign in/register with Ticketmaster” three separate times? What a joke. Not everything needs an app. And apparently you guys can’t even hire people to build one.

Can’t Use New Apt Update
My IPhone has an iSO of 15.8 and the new update requires an iSO of 17.0. So I can’t use my IPHONE for this 2025-2026 season. Going to hopefully get printed tickets. UGH!

This app is awful. The website and app give instructions on finding dining/ concession options for inside the arena. Might as well call the app “where’s Waldo”. You need to streamline this feature. Do better.
