Best loctition in North Carolina

I’ve known Laqui about 12 years. I’ve been going to her to fix my locs for about 6 years now. I emphasize fix because the person I went to did not pay attention to my hair at all. In those 6 years I’ve listen to qui’s advice on how to keep my locs and keep it healthy. 6 years later my locs have never looked this good. I thank laqui and recommend her for anyone starting or need a change in a hair stylist.
