Inconsistent
Every time I open this app it gets more and more frustrating. It often will time out or crash on me for days at a time. Over the last month, it no longer remembers what I recently watched or saves any of my progress. It’s always inconsistent.
Glitchy
Defaults to NBC sports on live view, not to NBC network or to last channel watched. After starting live view it will interrupt a the show 15 sec later asking you to sign up. Doesn’t show local channels. Requires local cable subscription. Doesn’t NBC get it? We don’t want cable TV anymore. Give us a smooth app that is easy to use and watch local and national shows without having to restart the app and go through 3-5 steps each time.

Every other app I use for streaming shows has a “Continue Watching” option when you sign in. NBC does not. Every other app I use for streaming has an Ad-Free option. NBC does not. Forget about it!!!
Why?
Why do you need my location (which is already tracked?) for me to watch a show?
TV PROVIDER!
Asking for a TV provider is antiquated. We are using APPLE TV, and specific companies like Peacock which runs through my Apple TV. Why, please tell, can I not connect you, NBC, to my Apple TV? And tell that to MS NOW as well. Keep up!
Golf
There are entirely to many commercials while watching golf! 7 different commercials while watching playing through! The 5 n minutes later, more commercials!! CBS is so much better! DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!

Your network app is not accessible.
I don’t enjoy watching the NBC app because I don’t have access to it. I have no problems watching CBS on their app but NBC keeps saying this is not a part of your program or can’t load right now or not available or some other maddening comment. I like to listen to network shows that I miss when I’m at work and I like to listen to them in my long drive home or I like to listen to the afternoon local news in my drive home, but I can’t because I don’t have access to the Internet. I pay monthly to Cox Cable a huge sum of money for their basic cable, which includes the three networks, but I don’t get to use the NBC app because you won’t give me access without my being at home with my Wi-Fi.

Commercials and location
Endless commercials on replays of mlb games. In a regular broadcast there are 90 seconds of commercials between innings and half innings. In replays, there are 180 seconds of commercials. A poor viewing experience. Also does not let you watch anything live unless on wifi. Says location not supported. Needs work.
