Difficult to navigate, have to scroll through entire enewspaper to find comics as they are not indexed. Difficult to read on phone - screen does not rotate to landscape. Slow to load eNewspaper. Do the developers or editors even use this app?
Useless customer service.
No notice of renewal. I ended up with a second account. Upgraded?? App won’t allow access to crosswords. Cannot print X -word . Still have old account that says subscription expired. Customer service cannot correct my account back to just one subscription. DUUHH !!!

Filled with ads and harder to navigate. Has lost its appeal. Can’t print out Word Jumble to solve at my leisure. Will not continue when my intro subscription expires!!

After the update, I’ve uninstalled AND reinstalled the app and STILL, it tells me I’m not subscribed. I checked, I am. So, I subscribed again ! Now I’m paying $12.99 X 2 and I STILL CANNOT READ SOME ARTICLES for “subscribers only!” What IN THE WORLD!!???

I gave you a one star because I was on a trial basis with the option to keep the subscription if I wanted too! So I canceled my subscription early like 2 weeks early and the very next day my bank account was charged for full subscription price and you cannot do that..that is stealing so if your going to be a thief then you should at least be honest about it from the start! 🤨😠 not happy at all but I will say you will never get my business for any reason!

One, sometimes two new articles a day. Totally lazy reporting. Hope the print edition is better than this one. Very disappointing
