Cancelled subscription
I have had Belfast Newsletter for some years and have been increasingly frustrated by the lack of ability in spelling and grammar. News content is poor and no attempt to explain or discuss issues. I have finally cancelled my subscription. For so long I couldn’t even be bothered to open the app and look through the paper.

Won’t recognise my subscription
Love getting the newsletter each day but he app is terrible. Fairly often I’m told I don’t have an active subscription and can’t open anything. Only way to rectify it is to delete the app and start again. Very annoying.

Great paper with excellent content. Well worth the money.

All the local journalism is first class. The addition of Ruth Dudley Edwards icing on the cake. I encourage my friends to sign up to the digital system.

By and large paper received without problem. However thee are days the loading in problematic. Content is partisan as always - however your death notices continue to be very useful
Getting used to the new app
The new app took me quite by surprise. I did notice that the app logo on my iPad looked different one morning, but I thought nothing of it. Then I went to download the daily to read and up came a request to sign in. I hadn’t signed in for a few years and I couldn’t remember my sign in details. Eventually I emailed the Newsletter and was complaining that I was a customer for years and was going to unsubscribe. A reply did not come for about 48 hours, but in between I fiddled again with the app and hey presto I was able to access the paper and have done since. It seems to be working well, but I still did not sign in!! We should have been warned that this new app was coming!!!! 😩

Good version of paper
It usually comprises a good quality, readable facsimile of the newspaper. The Saturday evening sports' supplement is also appreciated. It fills a gap which was open since the demise of the ISN.
Some stability issues though and issues with missing pages, occasionally, particular front pages.

Been using thus app for some months and found it good. Unfortunately it has become troublesome of late. Cannot delete old issues and the app crashes frequently. Pity about this.
Not downloading
Seems to be sticking and won't download last few papers?
