Errors
The app worked for a week. Now every time I open the app I get a pop up saying ! Something went wrong. I’ve uninstalled it and re downloaded and it’s still happens
IPAD APP NOT WORKING
Phone app is amazing, IPAD app is not working, have tried to get help on this and they seem to be working on a fix, its just not out yet. Defeats the purpose of having an app if its not functional
Won’t even load up on my M1 iPad Pro
The app itself only seems to function on the phone (works great on iPhone). I’ve downloaded it several times on my two different generations and models of iPad and it never loads up past the login screen.
Does not work on iPads
The works on my iPhone but not as easy to do the writing requirements. I added to my iPad and the app freezes up and don’t allow you to login. Which they would fix this issue. I have a 9th gen iPad.
Not iPad Ready
Like the other reviews on here, this app literally does not work on the iPad. The furthest it gets is allowing me to type in my credentials before it freezes and crashes. Great on iPhone though!

Doesn’t work on iPad. Works fine on Samsung phone but not the Apple iPad. Would love for it to work on here with the larger screen. Hopefully the developer will revisit this app and get it supported on the iPad.

Not IPad Ready
I rated it this because while the app works great on my phone, whenever I open it on my iPad it freezes on the main screen it would be great if I could use the app on my iPad as well as my phone without it shutting down or freezing. I even thought that maybe my iPad was a problem but this is the only app on my iPad that does this. It still doesn’t work even after I completely close the app and restart my iPad it would be great if this was fixed.

App doesn’t work!!
I’ve downloaded and reinstalled the app multiple times on my iPad Pro and it will get stuck on the login screen or a plain white screen with the NSLS Emblem on it. It would help many members and future members to have this bug fixed.
Can’t open crashes
Download the app on my Pro IPad and can’t get it to open. This is the second time I downloaded the app without success. The reason I downloaded the app is because I can’t get the podcast pre recordings to play on the desktop.

App not Supportive
The NSLS app does not work on the iPad. I have tried closing the app and also tried reinstalling the app. It freezes on a screen with just the emblem. It is highly inconvenient due to me needing to use the app for school.
Cannot Log In
I downloaded the app and I tried to log in. It never allowed me to log in and use the app. I restarted my iPad. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing seems to be working.
Still Freezing on iPad
It’s March 2022 and the app still doesn’t make it past the welcome screen on iPad Air. I’d love to use it but can’t!
Great app, but…
Love this app, but recently the iPad version opens but doesn’t do anything beyond the screen with the emblem. It works fine on my iPhone. Please fix it. Thanks.

App is Freezing!
I just became an inductee to the NSLS, but the app for iPad is not working. It is freezing at the main screen/splash screen. Won’t go past login either. Please fix asap.

There is a bug on the current apps software
I can’t select my shirt size for my induction kit on the app. Ive tried multiple options to fixing this:
- Deleting a redownloading app.
- Signing out and then signing back in.
Nothing works. I’ve even called customer service.
I’ve been a member since 2017. Please fix so I can stop getting a notification?
