Stupid APP!
I subscribed, but the APP won’t register that! I can read articles in the browsers, but not in the APP .

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble accessing your subscription through our mobile app. For Help, please go to the settings menu in the app, found under the gear icon and scroll down to the Support section. You will find several links that may be helpful, and you can email our support team directly using the Get Login Help option.
Can’t get daily paper
I am stuck on how to get my e.paper. Every time I bring it up,it’s stuck on the Dec. 23 edition. I have been using Firefox for a couple of years now and have never run into this problem. Not the most computer literate guy and have no idea how to remedy this situation. Finally gonna contact the paper.

Don’t waste your money
I pay for a subscription to the Oakland Press but the app is terrible. You can only view stories in the “top news” section. Want to click on a specific topic like crime and public safety? It will give you 3 articles with 3 advertisements and that’s it. Sometimes the 3 articles won’t even open. I’ve updated this app several times with no improvement. Hire better tech people to get your app where it needs to be. It’s pathetic and frustrating.

Where’s e-edition?? So confusing trying to see the paper as published. Don’t think I’ll renew in future.

Appreciated the Oakland county aspect of the app, but once they required a login to read, yes even though its free, I immediately deleted it.

I had deleted previously because the content wasn’t being updated. Gave it another try and they just started requiring a login to read articles. Thank you, but no. Deleted again.

Where are the articles? If you’re going to offer a headline then at least put the article in so that one can actually read it and not just one sentence. This is the worst news app I’ve ever used.

It’s a hot mess, hard to navigate, old news. Advertising everywhere. Can’t get customer service to cancel my trial subscription! Not returning my calls. Horrible experience.
Bad news
What an incredibly horrible app! Every time I open it it has no new stories, and even though I’m a paying subscriber I cannot read any of the new stories from Facebook without logging in every single time!
Good stories
Nice news source but the ap is not so good. I read the Oakland press stories on Facebook . It seems like it takes a week before they are ever put into the ap. So you have an ap that is only updated weekly.
