Unusable - I pay for lfc tv
I’ll change my review when they fix it, but it’s unusable at the moment. It won’t let you click on video links, and the banner for video highlights just keeps flitting back and forth 5x a second. Surprised that it’s out there in this state, a bit of a shocker
Edit: if you do manage to get a game up, if you pause it in full screen and it minimizes, it starts you at the beginning of the game again. Cmon guys, this is basic stuff

Still a disgrace
The app is still largely unusable on an iPad Air (M3). The sliders keep flashing, the navigation is unresponsive, so the app is close to useless as the pages won’t open.
How can a Premier League club embarrass themselves with this junk?!
I’m currently paying a monthly subscription for content that I cannot access. I’ll need to reconsider my support for LFC, I don’t see the point in engaging when the club neglects and disrespects its own supporters like this.

Horrible app for blind and visually impaired users
I have a visual impairment, use VoiceOver on my iPhone and find this app is horrible to use, clearly there has been no testing with VoiceOver screen reader, which is a widely recognised and used screen reader built-in into the iOS. It is extremely disappointing that LfC choose to release this software in their name, I'm a season ticket holder of 40 years, and now I have to deal with this half hearted attempt of connecting with me, it is extremely disappointing that no effort has been put into ensuring it works for all users, customers, fans. This is not inclusive.

Video playback is terrible
The app automatically goes in to panoramic, then won‘t change to full screen when you try to watch landscape. Then randomly it will. When you pause it or the screen saver comes on, it starts from the beginning of the match again.
Shocking - doesn’t work
Never used such a poor app. News articles only work if you press the notification. Even then sometimes they don’t work. If you try and press on any news article on the app it doesn’t do anything. What a pathetic waste of time of an app, unfortunately the only solution is to use the website, by which point you’ve wasted any time that you save using the app to begin with. Poor

Abysmal
I don’t believe there’s a worse official App Store app from a professional sports team out there. None of the links work, you just click on them and nothing happens. On the media page, the image carousel just spins. Awful. If I could give zero stars, I would. Expect a lot better from LFC.
IT DOESNT WORK
Not sure what’s going on but the older app worked fine. Now it’s all fancy pants and All Red it no longer works. I don’t get live commentary any more, can watch interviews or videos. It doesn’t eve update on the scores for matches. I guess it’s another way to get money out of the fans so I have to pay for a subscription. Disgusting and not happy at all.

Used to be great
There was a time when the club and the app were great. Now they’re owned by Amazon and a guy who couldn’t run QPR. LFC forgot where it was from and who it represented. Now it to can exploit its workers with tracking and no bathroom breaks and make its workers need government subsidies just to get by.

App crashes before fully opening after upgrade to iOS 26.1

Just downloaded latest version now cannot select any items to read or view. Do they not do any testing before they issue a new version
Horrendously glitchy!!
Really poor app. Can’t click on any of the news items, and when you hit ‘Video’, all of the video items just move around randomly! Don’t make an app unless it works!
Disappointing
Only works in portrait mode on my iPad the app it replaced had no problems working in ‘landscape’ to take advantage of the full screen
If the App was as good as LFC’s Billing
Wow, if only the app worked partially as good as their monthly auto debit of my account, maybe I could actually watch some content. But no, glitches, app drops, total waste of time. Fixit or I’m cancelling my subscription I have had for years!
Live notifications
When I enable live notifications, i5 doesn’t appear on my lock screen , on other apps it work but it doesn’t on this app

Highly disappointing when the old LFC video app has been discontinued in order to push this app.
Hopefully app can be updated for the other pre season games so they can be viewed properly.
