App doesn’t open full screen on iPad and, as a result, videos do not fill the entire screen.
Highly disappointing when the old LFC video app has been discontinued in order to push this app.
Hopefully app can be updated for the other pre season games so they can be viewed properly.

Total garbage
So Liverpool got rid of the ALL RED app and replaced it with this piece of nonsense. Won’t recognize Apple TV so I have to screen mirror which is ridiculous. Thanks for screwing it up Liverpool.
TERRIBLE
over the years i would only buy all red/lfc tv for pre season games. same this year i downloaded all red again. it made me install this and lets just say theres been nothing but problems. i logged on today at 10:20pm to atart watching the buildup of todays game only to be told i dont have an all red subscription and everytime i tried to go onto my account it won’t load, and then everytime i try and press “find out more” in regards to the all red video i get this message “THE OFFICIAL LFC STORE IS DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE” “the offical lfc onlone store is undergoing scheduled maintenance and improvements and is briefly unavailable. its a disgrace and i expect much better

Buggy, unresponsive, problems with subscription
As it is, it’s a frustrating, unusable and buggy app. The styling is good, it could be sleek, but the sliders flash, content and£ options remain static or unresponsive and a subscription taken out is not recognised within an app, the system listing upgrade to the package I already have as an option and rendering the app pretty much useless.
At least one other LFC app, the LFC Video is now defunct, so I’m not even sure what’s happening with video subscriptions if I can’t use mine on my recent M3 iPad Air. The website also has problems on Safari, with an M4 MacBook Air.
The developers will need to follow Slot.

Years on And Still Poor
IPadOS user, everything up to date. None of the news stories load, you can click and click but nothing. Select the video tab and it rapidly flickers back and forth between all of them. Click the app support button and it can’t connect. Shocking.

Can’t read any of the news articles from the main page as they won’t open and when on the video tab it flicks from one video to another uncontrollably

Love my team but this app is terrible. Too many glitches. Much better to use a football app like Fotmob, unfortunately.

Worst official app ever
The app does not function properly; stories don’t open when clicked; the video thumbnails scroll through ridiculously quickly, as if on fast forward; generally unusable and a horrible experience any time I open the app. Was hoping this latest update would sort bug fixes but no.
Subscribed for full access but …
Then it constantly says I need to subscribe to get access to the videos. Total waste of time trying to use it. There was no contact form for support that I could find so it’s just a wasted month on my part. Don’t bother with it honestly just use the app for the free stuff.

You Can’t Tap into any Content even after Reinstalls
How can an app be so poorly built that you can’t even tap to access any of the content?
And this has been going on for weeks now. Reinstalling does nothing to fix the issue.
This is happening on iOS 26.5. Sad to not see developer responses despite a huge fan base for Liverpool when scrolling through a bunch of review for this app.
If the app starts working again, happy to change the 1 star to a 5.

Disappointing
Since replacing LFCGo app this has content that will often not open. In addition finding and playing video clips is much harder and at times does not function. Please restore the separate LFC Go app.
Display issues
The latest update doesn’t allow iPad users with a keyboard to view the app in landscape

Avoid this App if you want to watch full match replay before you know the score! It’s the first thing you see upon login. I’m a fan of over 50 years but live outside of UK and only interested in LFC games. Why does it not allow for filtering videos to avoid seeing the score? I also this app can’t handle different time zones the TV schedule is nightmare.
