Took money no bike
Sucks. Does not work. Took my money wouldn’t give me the bike.
Fun ride but cumbersome set up
The bikes worked great but set up was a little long.
Seemed more difficult than the last ap instruction.
Also, we were not aware a photo was needed at the end since the bike kiosk said “Locked, Bye”
Then we got emails warning that we failed to take photo and could get charged extra. Lame! If it’s locked in what more do you need!

A Fecke
Fit first time riders , the process is too difficult to follow and way to time consuming. My wife & I teamed up on the App. snd it took us over a half an hour to get up snd running. Please simplify.

App wouldn’t load
The app wouldn’t open, it just kept spinning saying “checking permissions”. Even after redownloading the app it kept happening.
When i called the number printed on the bike that says its available from 9-6pm the answering machine said to use the app for customer service needs…..
The people i was with already paid to unlock their bikes so this caused an issue for them too.
