Works

The app does what it is supposed to do. Thanks for the thorough info.

App for Tickets

Process was straight forward and simple. Once Open app downloaded, signed in and tickets were available.

Disappeared tickets

Ok so all very smooth as all my tickets were sitting within the App as I left England on the ferry to Larne
Tonight I checked the App and my 2 Thursday Open tickets are there with my 2 R&A Guest passes BUT my 2 Saturday tickets have disappeared!!! If I go to transferees it shows they have been transferred but they no longer show as tickets on the App
Nightmare of digital technology

I tried to copy the tickets and save in Photos but if you try and do that they show as a black screen

Superb Experience

Love the experience, simple and effective

So far so good

Bit confusing at registration as App doesn’t have United Kingdom as an option for phone prefix or country. After email to R&A was advised to look for home countries eg N Ireland, Scotland etc. App worked perfectly and tickets appeared. Great stuff. I’d still like the option to print tickets tho in case of technology failures.

Great App

Great app to access your tickets to The Open. Easy to transfer tickets to friends.

Doesn’t link

Does not recognize my account and says it doesn’t exist

Appalling

Instructions are not in any form of comprehensible English that I recognise. Beyond that I’d like an explanation as to why Scotland and United Kingdom are options for country of residence when one is a subset of the other…..

Buying tickets for Royal liverpool — how!!

Cannot work out how to purchase practice day tickets… been at it a week & now hoping I can pay at gate… bought park & ride parking tickets no problem!! Please advice

Blank screen doesn’t work

See title.

Useless

Won’t accept phone number keeps saying invalid I’ve tried all methods +44 etc dropping of first zero but nothing works

The Open

Tickets all downloaded, distributed, and ready to go! Fingers crossed we see Tiger next month!

Fantastic!

Great app and very easy to transfer tickets. Can’t wait to attend the event! Got to make sure you click the box next to your phone number and select your country flag for the country code and make sure there’s no spaces in your postcode. As long as you follow the steps, no issues! Thanks!

Smooth and intuitive

Registered with the email address I bought the tickets with, made sure I didn’t leave a space in my postcode and hey presto, tickets appeared in my app as promised and have already transferred on to the rest of my party. Easy peasy!

wont accept phone number

cant register as wont accept phone number - keeps saying "number not valid"

Perfect

This work fine for me

Cool

Easy to use, smooth and convenient

Great app. I love it :)

Will use it

Useless

I have tried to register but the app keeps saying my post code and city are ‘invalid data’!!!! They ARE valid and I don’t know what’s gone wrong. If this is the only way to get my tickets, I’m to be very disappointed.
