Well written but unfun as a game
The stat system is an absolute chore and the game isnt fun to replay
Best written game I have ever played
This is probably the best written game I have ever played. It is a complex perplexing story. It is better written than most books.
Gripping sci-fi spy thriller
A great interactive adventure mixing elements of science fiction with espionage, where every choice you make dynamically affects the story through the simple but effective game mechanism. An added twist is the ability to transfer your consciousness into different host bodies, similarly to the old Fighting Fantasy Gamebook "Magehunter".
Well worth checking out, particularly given it's written by Paul Gresty, the shining light of modern interactive fiction.

Looking forward to a possible sequel.
I first saw this game on the steam store on my PC where I was able to download a demo. The demo was short but it was enough to get me hooked. I decided to buy it on my phone instead and I don't regret it! Thanks for an awesome story. :)
Very enjoyable
A nice instance of the choose-your-own-adventure game. I didn't feel as drawn in as with some other games, but it's quite playable and with some replay value.
Awful...avoid
Terrible. It is as if the author believed that complexity alone equates to good plotting. I found myself bored with the story, and apathetic about all of the characters. Not worth the money.
Subterfuge, sex, and psychics
The best of the CoC games I have read (about 5). Has an engrossing spy theme with a touch of x-men in there as well (without being cheesy). The choices were weighty and made me have to stop to wring my hands at times. There are a number of fascinating characters, especially the villain. Highly recommended

Great game.
The story is long and interesting. It needs a squel.
Bizarre and delightful
This COG is more novel-like that most. It is against the backdrop of Paris and other European locales, like any good spy thriller. But as a psychic spy, you are part of an organization trying to protect other psychics from the world at large. Unfortunately, not all psychics want to remain in the shadows. While on a mission, your body is kidnapped and you must find it before your consciousness dissipates.

Yeesh
This is the first CoG where I got bored within the first 2 chapters. It's not the best...
Not impressed
All and all, the storyline was confusing (and boring). I found a Major script error concerning one of my choices that did not align with later parts of the story, which is an obvious disappointment. By the end, I hadn't the slightest idea what I had actually done.
The story idea had plenty of potentially, but the thought was not well executed. Ultimately, this was one of the least enjoyable CoG I've played.

One of my fav.
I have played all of the CoG games and when I say all i mean all and I have to say this one is very original i loved the idea of the game i loved the story i loved every thing about it i would recommend it to and cog fans out there looking for a good new game
Would Not recommend it!
I think that this game was over complicated and not terribly interesting! I I would have liked it more if there was more interaction between characters and less of the confusing plot line. Not my favorite.....
GREAT STORY!
I don't add many reviews to apps but this app deserves one, good story and the choice are amazing, getting my character's body back was a big deal for me and I felt entitled to do whatever it meant to get it. The characters were amazing, none of them boring or too straightforward, the story was amazing and the way you can shape your character is a really big deal at the end of it. 10/10 is what I would give it if Apple didnt use stars, a part 2 would be a good way to continue this and I know there is plenty of room to either keep the same bad guy/girl or add another one, also there is a lot of room to bring characters over or not (because you can kill off main characters with your choices, directly or indirectly). This story is my second favorite, Way Walkers part 1-2 is my first. But please, make a part 2 :D

One of the best from CoG this year!
While it did seem to start off slow, and a bit more confusingly than I normally like, this game just gets better and better as you get deeper into it. The choices are tough ones, and you really have to think about the risks and consequences, but the game isn't overly difficult.
It's fun to experiment with different goals and morals for your character as none of them are really "right" or "wrong", making subsequent play-throughs just as (if not more) enjoyable as the first.

It's alright...
While not the worst of the choiceofgames, this entry is certainly not among the stronger ones.
The game comes across as greatly confusing, many stats seemed for the most part pointless, and i couldn't help but feel the game was trying to force me to play a specific way.
That said, there is definitely some good here. The overall concept is very original, the story was rather enjoyable, and had a substantial length.
All in all, this game was by choiceofgames standard just average. Nothing incredible, but also nothing terrible.

Amazing.
Choice Of and the authors of the stories NEVER fail to entertain me with their interactive novels.
