WOW what can I say. Love this place. The burgers are second to none. The choice of beer is immense. Sky sports on several screens with different games on each. And Joe Scholey is a great friendly bloke. Very welcoming and you can have a good laugh with him
Good App Worthwhile
I use the app often, probably get rewarded with £80 of credit over the year.
I use this for food and won a lot of prizes in October on spin the wheel and earned double points for drinks in November which will come in handy for Christmas.

In & Out Burger
My go to burger, whenever I want a good meal without the cooking. Fresh, locally sourced and really tasty!
What’s not to like
Easy to use great app and when you order off it they send you a great burger…love it!!
Disgraceful service and extremely rude
I have used Otley burger company for ages and occasionally had some issues with orders not being accepted and then waiting hours for no food. This I have never felt the need to write a review about as they have usually been apologetic when phoning to ask what had happened and they have then rushed the food out.
I placed an order at 5:39 this evening. I called after an hour and a half at 7:00 to be told the order had not gone through. Despite giving all details, order number, delivery address and the name and saying how the order clearly showed as accepted on my end.
The person on the phone was rude and almost accused me of lying and saying over and over again the order had not gone through. Told me to check my bank and call back.
I then spent nearly 30minute a trying to access my online banking as the system wasn’t working. I then saw the payment had gone through.
I then called back after what had now been two hours since placing the order. Again she spent ages telling me the order had not gone through once again despite me now saying I can see the confirmation on my banking and offering to send a screen shot of this. Again I gave all the order details. She was extremely rude saying well what do you want me to do about it. Not one single apology or anything during the whole conversation.
Eventually after me saying the details again and saying there may be a different first name the order was eventually found and had gone through. Again no apology for the stress I had just gone through trying the find the payment confirmation and all the order details just a what do you want me to do about it which is disgusting.
Her excuse was the order did not come through to her system until 5:59 and we told her 5:39 which is what clearly shows on our app.
At the moment I still do not have my order and we are at two hours since I placed the order. No apology or anything. I think you need to retrain your staff member on how to use the system and speak to customers.
I will certainly not be ordering from yourselves again and neither will any of my family members.

Fabulous Burgers
As the title says, the burgers are fabulous. Driving Miss Daisy is my particular favourite. Also really like the salt and pepper chicken. Always a quick delivery service too.
Hands down, best burger you will ever eat
As a vegetarian, not even joking, best burger in the world. Canny be beaten. Nuff said. Can’t speak on behalf of the carnivores but based on friends’ reviews, attitudes are shared in that department also.
Cheesy chips absolutely gorgeous as are other snacks (check out @cheesychipsforthemasses on insta for photographic evidence).
Veggie faves = couch potato burger (drool worthy) and the firehouse (bloody gorgeous)

Amazing food
Stunning food, amazing customer service been at least 8 times in past 2 months, always craving one of their burgers, always great people never a bad word to say about them, all round worth the money and time spent there, polite workers

Great beer, burgers and app
Easy to use, great rewards (every £120 spent they give you £10 off)
Firehouse burger (although not on the menu, is available through the app) and is the best.
Beers aren’t always updated on the app straight away, but it’s fine to put through as something similar and add to the notes what you actually want.

Love the app. The ability to order drinks and burgers for delivery to your table both inside and out is fantastic.
You can even order ahead your drinks for collection from the bar on arrival.
The reward points build up nicely for credit to spend on drinks or burgers.

Otley Burger company offer without doubt the nicest burgers locally. Their extensive menu will sure to find you something you like! Highly recommend the grilled chicken rodeo ring with halloumi fries!

Great app, easy to use
We use this app regularly at the Otley Burger Company. Very easy to set up and use. You can collect stamps on purchases, when you get 6 stamps you can convert to money off your next order. The burgers are excellent as well!
