Zach is such a superior manager who has created this unique app. His driver, Martin, was exceptionally great communicating the pick up details and was right at the arrivals area outside baggage claim precisely on time. His immaculate, beautiful Audi far exceeded my expectations. His conversation was charming and made the drive a pleasure. I was going to take my bags in, but he jumped right on them and brought them in. Most definitely would use this app service again … AND definitely tell a zillion people!!

My son and I went to Park City this past week for a ski vacation and used the Park City App for the first time.
I would give Zach and his team six stars if I could.
The app is easy to use, and the company’s staff is friendly, professional, and extremely helpful.
As the older (Boomer) adult in our group of two I am one who always stresses over making airport connections (especially with snow in the forecast!) but we had nothing to worry about. Mohammed (SLC to PC driver) was funny, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. Zach (PC to SLC driver and founder of the company) got us to the airport in plenty of time despite the snow coming down at a good clip during out trip back to SLC.
Zach is a passionate entrepreneur who provides a high quality, reliable service and provides his customers with a really good value. I highly recommend the Park City App for your SLC-PC transportation needs.

Airport to Park City - Best Option - Even During a Winter Storm Warning
I decided to cancel my planned uber ride after reading some Reddit threads about this app. I booked with this app due to a major winter storm 1-2 feet of snow coming to the area the day we arrived. I was thinking it was a better option than Uber and I was thankfully right. The service was amazing and driving was even better during a snowstorm. Long drive but very safe and cautious. Excellent Ford Expedition Max in new condition. Will be using this service anytime I’m in Park City.

Can’t make an account. Download the app. Put in your name and number and then there is no way to submit the information.
Very reliable service
I was going to use Uber for our trip, but I kept reading about how unreliable it can be to get picked up from the airport. I noticed on various platforms people recommended the Park City App!
Our driver was able to accommodate for our early landing flight. We also were efficiently taken back to the airport and dropped off at the most convenient location, per the drivers suggestion.
We were matched with a driver a week in advance and kept updated about our drivers location before being picked up. You are able to message/call your driver through the app without disclosing your personal phone number.

No Luck Getting Ride
Heard you could get transportation through this app, so downloaded it and tried to get a ride. All I got was a message no rides available. Couldn’t put in where I wanted pickup or where I was going. And it said this was a new feature… pretty bad.

Great shuttle service
I used the app to schedule a shuttle from SLC airport to Park City and a return during spring break 2025. Drivers had good communication and comfortable ride both ways. Showed up on time. Cost about $80 for a family with luggage each way. Cheaper and more reliable than Uber. Much cheaper than reserving a shuttle through hotels. Would definitely use again.

I recently used this app for travel from Salt Lake airport toPark City. It was seamless and reasonably priced. The future of this company is promising as they continue to grow and provide more reliable transportation service compared to companies like Uber and Lyft.

Reliable, well-priced services
We’ve been using the Park City app since it first became available and honestly, five stars isn’t enough. We’ve scheduled middle-of-the-night pickups as well as pickup requests with less than an hour of lead time. The service is super-reliable and reasonably priced, and the drivers are always polite and pleasant. Can’t say enough good things about Zach (the owner) and his drivers!

Zach and the Park City app team have done a fantastic job organizing rides for affordable prices, and the drivers get paid a large percentage of the fare paid.
My group was lucky to get Zach as our driver on the way from Park City to SLC airport and got to hear all of the work and passion that Zach has for Park City. He is solving some of the problems unique to Park City, and it was exciting to hear about the future vision for the app. We are waiting to see what the app offers next.

I was looking for a ride from SLC airport to my hotel in Park City and was originally looking at using Lyft, but saw folks online recommending the Park City app.
I scheduled my pickup from the airport ahead of time and everything was very straightforward! I had to change my drop off location as my friends rebooked at a different hotel, so I contacted Zach and he was immensely helpful with making that update.
My driver assignment ended being swapped with someone else due to a scheduling conflict, but communication was great and there were zero issues. My driver Temi was very friendly and professional, it was a great ride! Also good to know you’re directly supporting a local business. Highly recommend!
