This app is horrible. It will not allow me to log in half the time and even with my face recognition on. It randomly decides to delete my saved user name and pw for no reason. It is so frustrating- I go to lost pw and it lets me make a new one but then that one won’t work. You have to call to talk to someone and it’s annoying you can’t just chat like every other company today.

Will not work
This app is awful. It works great sometimes and sometimes it does not. I have no issues with my other banking apps, only this one.
Outdated and Miserable to Use
I want to use Zelle from within the app. Couldn’t find it. So downloaded the Zelle app which confirmed that People’s Bank SC uses Zelle. So went to website on browser. It states to navigate to Bill Pay from within the app and select “Send Money with Zelle.” Bill Pay is nowhere to be found.
I was excited to use a local, small bank. But their systems, support and checking acct products are out of date and clunky and so frustrating.
I moved all our money out and will use this bank only for cashing checks and holding a small escrow.
