PLEASE RESPOND TO MY SUPPORT REQUEST!

I absolutely LOVED using this app…the Free Trial period was great and then it expired and I subscribed to the Annual Plan (through the prompt in the iOS App) and despite having paid for a Yearly Subscription to The Pep Planner — it does not recognize my subscription (even though it clearly shows in my Apple App Store Subscriptions) and after contacting The Pep Planner Support two days ago, I still have not received a response nor have I been able to use the app I’ve paid for.

I will most certainly change my review once my issue has been corrected, but for the time being I am pretty upset that my daily logging ability is non-existent 😫
