The remote control of the genies using the app does not work.
Stopped working
Initially worked but the smart schedule stopped working a few months ago.

Die App ansich funktioniert - aber wie trotz Updates immer noch z.B. THE RITUAL OF YOZAKURA fehlen kann ist mir ein Rätsel.

Disappointed
Love rituals, but the genie is not strong at all even on max strength. When I consider the reed diffusers to be value for money and strong. The genie is neither, considering the cost of the unit and that you don’t even get a free refill to start off with. The refill costs 45 pound and the unit 120. I was really looking forward to it, but I’m gutted to say Rituals have let me down with this.

Waste of time.
My partner got one on of the perfume Genies for my birthday as I love rituals stuff however what a complete waste of money the app doesn’t work the device doesn’t connect to the WiFi would 100% recommend that you don’t waste your money on this item!!

Sin optimizar ni traducir
No está bien traducida al español. De hecho en vez de encender/apagar en el botón principal aparece “Apagará”. Falla bastante.

Die App ist grundsätzlich einfach zu bedienen, aber entscheidende Funktionen wie der Füllstand funktionieren seit langer Zeit nicht zuverlässig.
Für ein Produkt in dieser Preisklasse darf man deutlich mehr erwarten – vor allem eine fehlerfreie App.

Bis zum Wechsel funktionierte gut
Hat aufgehört zu funktionieren, kein Hinweis in der App, dass die Patrone zu wechseln ist. Leuchtet nur das weiße Licht. Nach Wechseln der Patrone, leuchtet weiter. In der alten Patrone waren noch schon viele Reste der Flüssigkeit.

Très déçue qu il faut absolument le brancher pour qu il fonctionne. D détails importants à dire aux clients lors de l’achat vu le prix du génie. Très très déçu également par l’odeur. Ça ne sent rien du tout alors que je l’ai mise dans une pièce de 40 m mètres carrés en hauteur extrêmement déçu, je ne le recommanderais pas.

einmal Kontakt zum WiFi verloren und nichts geht mehr
Wenn man sich mal überlegt, was das Produkt kostet und dann sieht das es sich nach einem notwendigen Reset überhaupt nicht mehr mit dem WiFi verbinden lässt, dann kann man nur von diesem Produkt abraten. Der Router wurde auf ausschließlich 2.4 GHZ eingestellt und nichts funktioniert. Der Support ist seit Jahren das Letzte.

Tampoco se puede poner un temporizador de que se apague en X horas.
Creo que con lo que vale el difusor, que muy bonito, pero es un motor de ventilador que pasa por la fragancia (coste nulo), la app por lo menos debería ser de 10.
