Big Problems with Download

I have a subscription for this newspaper (fully paid for the year at $81.99) but have not been able to read a single edition for the last two weeks because the issues won’t download or restore. What’s up with that guys? Ever since I upgraded my iOS to 14, I’ve not been able to read a single digital issue? Do I get a refund for the two weeks and counting?

It doesn’t work anymore

After I update this software, I lost my subscription and even I tap “recover purchase” but nothing happens.
iOS shows my subscription is until October.
After past 4 days I still cannot download the paper.
What’s happening!

It seems nobody is tending to this app. First it was subscription bug now letters on the news are missing. No matter how many times u refresh those letters seem to have been swallowed up by the news.. Am not convinced I should renew this subscription.
