The app is so easy to use (too bad the classes aren't that easy--but if they were, I wouldn't enjoy them as much!) The scheduling is fast and simple and so is the payment processing. And the classes are the BEST way to workout for every fitness level. The instructors are knowledgeable, inspiring and friendly. They push you without being harsh but rather by motivation. I highly recommend The Phoenix Effect for anyone wanting to stay fit and healthy and have a great time doing it.
