Poorly designed. Many extra keystrokes are required to do things.

Sometimes it doesn’t work

I sometimes can’t get online with the bank and have to wait another day. Never had any problems with internet banking until Piedmont took over and now it’s a hit or miss situation. I would change banks if one was available
Classic example is most nicknames have already been taken.
