Terrible buses
If u can get any other bus then do. I’ve been using them for the last 3 months and have never had one come on time. Very often they don’t come at all and I have been left waiting for up to an hour
App isn’t working with iOS14 update
App crashes immediately upon opening. Now can’t board the bus without spending more

Thanks to this company, I have lost a valuable £200+. I have barely used this bus thanks to it NEVER being on time, making me late to seminars and misusing lectures.
Sometimes, the bus will not even come and I will be waiting for over 40 minutes in the cold.
This is unacceptable, there is no way to even get my money back. I would always have to get the 64, then any free bus from the centre.
Furthermore, there are times where I try to enter the bus from the other side in order to not have to wait for so long for it to come from my direction, but the drivers do not allow this because they say they will “stop in the final destination and rest” to the extent I have to wait for the second S1 to arrive. Thanks a lot for making me lose valuable uni time and money.
OH ALSO, this application is useless because it doesn’t work and the “live tracking” is merely just a label of 2 buses stuck in the same location for hours... lol
