I order every week, this is the last

Every time I order through this app, it takes an hour before the pizza is ready. That’s not the problem, the problem is I show up, and they rarely have the pizza even started! So not only does it take an hour, it’s an additional 20 mins of waiting while they make it!!! Furthermore, this last time, they told me to come back in 15 mins because they didn’t start the pizza, the manager canceled the order, and I didn’t even get the pizza!!! 2 hours of just wanting to get the pepperoni with sausage pizza for our kids… this is the last time I order from this place. Get some better employees!!!!
