Can’t use Apple Pay
Went to use a 50% code online but couldn’t pay for it on Apple Pay. I was on my break and ended up having to pay full price for my order due to this. Every other app I order lunch from has Apple Pay, this isn’t okay.
Enjoy ordering here but
I enjoy ordering online so I can just come in and pick up my order. My only complaint is that I cant order same day for a later time it always tells me its unable to take orders. So I have to place my order 20 minutes before my break starts.

The app is so easy to work and easy to you understand. You get so many rewards and points while having it too! Love it!
Poke company
I enjoy using the app and ordering my lunch in advance so I can walk in and pick it up. Makes ordering very easy as well since I have trouble speaking up while ordering.

Inaccurate information
The app let me place an order and charged me. I show up to the store to pick my order up and find out the store was closed.

Ridiculous incomplete delivery order
My bowl was almost empty, several items missing, went back to the store to make a complaint and no one take care of me, no managers no body couldn’t solve, the just took my email address and sent me back to my home until the solve for me.
So easy in the app!
First I love POKÉ !!! I always want it on the way to work so they told me (since I’m always running late) I should just put it in the app. It is simple… click click click … I did it on my phone and within minutes had the perfect order and chose the time. I ran by it was ready all good! Perfect thank you! Love it!!!

Where do your points go?
Have been here four times, and when I look at my history, only two times are there…. Do your visits expire or something? I’m certain they WERE there, since you log in each time from the store to scan the QR code, so you must not “earn” any rewards unless you go really frequently. There is no where on the app that explains ANY part of their program, and also no where to ask a question or get help, or contact support…. Lame!

Ease of lunch order!
Ordered for the first time using the app for lunch. The process was simple and efficient. My office is approximately 5 miles away and I was able to order, pick-up, return to office and eat before my next client. The staff was friendly and had my order waiting when I walked in the door. The bowl was excellent and perfect as always.
