Good, not great
Good app, it works, but for the love of god please allow dark mode. It is so bright white it’s painful at night.
App constantly crashes
Every time I try to transfer money around from saving to checking or zelle anyone it crashes! It’s been happening for weeks now. At this point I have to always use the web browser because the app is useless to me. Please fix this bug!
Needs refined user interface
I understand strict security but accessing one’s own account is ridiculous. I mean why send emails that say go to account? App itself is better than big banks and wished all banking apps were as well designed.
My Credit Union Membership
I have been a member of the Police CU for over 40 years and i wouldn't use any other bank or other credit union, the staff at Police CU are very helpful and always happy to answer any questions or concerns i have, my father was one of the original charter members that got the credit union to where it is today, you cannot find a better place to put your trust and money in.

Appearance and Functionality
This is my main financial institution and I absolutely love the Police Credit Union, so don’t take the review wrong.
I just wish the APP was easier to manage both in appearance and functionality. Sometime it drags or lags moving through different applications and it’s hard and takes time to maneuver.
I wish there was a lot more options to use and/or easier ways to access the current options.
Otherwise again I love this credit union and service

So easy but a little plain
I have Wells Fargo also and I have the app as well and it’s a lot more lively than the PCU’s app. But I’m happy that the PCU does have an easy app anyway.
Opening up my account
I been trying to recover the money that was sent to me from zelle today in sign in its been so hard I followed all the prompts still cant sign in

I recently became a member and everything is going good but I have a little advice you guys could apply to the app to make it better and these are:
-Make it so the routing number is easier to find.

Check Deposit
Check deposit feature has not been working correctly for the past two months.
They are no help
I deposited a check. A large check. I didn’t endorse it. Instead of them contacting me to let me know, they are returning it. Two days later btw. Told me it will take two to three weeks to get to me. In that time, I spend about $300. I now own $180 in overdraft fees. No emails. No notice. No calls. No text.
I also have Wells Fargo. I was trying to switch to a credit union. Won’t now. Sticking to Wells Fargo. They actually care about their customers. I did this same thing about 20 years ago and they covered my overdraft fees, they also called me to let me know.

This is the best App I have. Thanks for offering it.
Better interface, still not as intuitive as major banking apps
The UI is way better than before, the style is clean, layout is great
However, simple things like, checking what my account numbers are, is still not available within the app
Furthermore, beyond checking a balance, other things like getting a statement or scheduling an external transfer isn’t even done in the app itself, the app opens up a mini web browser within itself to do it.
If they can streamline all functions to perform within the app itself, it would be perfect

What the heck!!!
I just downloaded the app. After some time I was able to set it up… but I can’t set up bill pay. I put my info and hit agree, then it brings me back to enter my info again.
I wish they’d have an app like Bank of America, that’s a piece of cake to use…

This app is the equivalent to just using safari
After logging in. I'm always prompted to do a security check because it never recognizes my device. then after the interface is just the mobile credit union site. Terrible downgrade
