Doesnt work on my new phone
Just upgraded my phone to iphone 16 pro max and can’t download this app. All the other apps works just fine it just this with cloud icone and i cant seem to make it work. If there is a way to download it i am willing to edit my review and give five stars
Ordering from this app is such an inconvenience!
Ordering through an app should make it more convenient for the customer, as well as the business (otherwise, why even offer an app)?
My experience has been dismal the last two times I’ve ordered as the order was never received by the restaurant. When I arrived up to pick up my order, the staff informed me they had not received it. I showed them a screenshot and payment confirmation. The store supervisor/manager was able to pull it up in the system and confirm my order.
Rather than having the order ready when I arrived, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for it to be prepared. I only have so much time to pick up my order, return to work, and devour it. Having to wait the extra time is a huge inconvenience as it cuts into my lunch break.
Additionally, when attempting to reorder an item from the order history page, the app hangs. Every time. I then have to start an order from scratch. Every time.
Please fix this app! There haven’t been any updates in three years!

Please fix App
You to need to fix the side options. For example, if you order a family platter you have to pick 4 different sides. It won’t let you pick 4 rices if that’s what you want. That is a huge problem.
They Serve Halal food but don’t mention it in the app or website
We don’t eat halal food due to the way the animals are cruelly killed (They slit animal’s throat until it bleeds out before severing the nerves of the animal. It takes the animal 1-2 minutes to die this way vs non-halal food where the animal is killed instantly). This app or their website does not indicate that the food is halal. We got to the restaurant to realize it’s halal and they won’t refund automatically. They have to “email the developer”. Here is to hoping I get my money back. (Nothing against those who do eat halal just representing a view that hiding that it’s halal results in a very poor experience)

No way to schedule order for a specific time
Only allowing orders through your restaurant specific app and then not having basic features is very frustrating.

App broken
The app crashes when you try to use your google account to login or use Apple Pay for payment. I have to go ask the restaurant just to make sure I didn’t accidentally place three orders.

Awesome Restaurant
The Port Of Peri Peri is one of the finest restaurant. The chicken, the sauces, the sides. We are a family of 4 and when our parents join, we order the Family platter with some extras. More than sufficient and enough left overs for the next day. We usually go for hot and medium sauce. If you don’t like spicy some of our extended family members like Lemon n Herb.
