For the price, it needs improvement

I like the cards, but the format needs work for the price, when compared to other app decks.

When you open the deck, there are a group of cards, face up. The card shown is supposed to be your card for the day. You can choose to shuffle, but it would be better to show them face down, allow you to shuffle, then choose your card and also have the option to choose a card of the day.

This group of cards covers up half the app text that says “tap card to view full screen.”, which sits above the cards, but not high enough. It looks like an error. There is also no journal either; No way to save and refer back to your daily card.

There is no feature allowing for a spread, which most every deck appears has, especially in this price range. An app in this price range should come with all these features.

I’d request a refund, but I really want to test out the card before getting the deck and this is the only way I can do that. Hopefully the app creator will consider correcting these things or lowering the price.

Great cards but no additional insights as promised

This physical deck actually comes with a guidebook, and because the app says “Don’t forget to flip cards for important additional information”, I thought card insights from the guidebook would appear when you flipped. But all you see is the card design…literally. So that is disappointing. What you see on the card is what you get.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback. The guidebook for this card deck provided instructions but not additional meanings. We've put the instructional details into the browse cards section. You can go to the browse section and select flip all cards (so the back of card image is showing) then select cards and flip them for additional details.

No longer working well

Ive had this app to compliment the physical deck. At first all was well and for the past two years at least its been wonky, stacking several cards at a time when opening it so its unclear which is "your* message for the day. If one believes these conveys guidance then this design garbles them up and leads to confusion. It should be fixed immediately. Its gets an additional star because I have loved the messages themselves; its the mechanics of the delivery that derails its effectiveness.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback. The top card in the daily inspiration section is the message for the day but you have the option to shuffle the cards if you'd like too.

Do not purchase!

I feel like I was ripped off and wish I could get my money back. This is nothing like I expected and I’m so disappointed. There is no additional information for the chosen card, and when you open the app, there is already a card displayed. It is nothing like other oracle card apps where you flip through the cards not knowing what you are choosing until you flip the card over, in this app the cards are flipped over already. It feels pointless. Such a waste of money.

So disappointed...

Paid for the app, but there are no descriptions of the deeper meaning of the card (like all the other card apps offer) I have this physical deck, which has a deeper meaning book. I feel a ripped off.

App is Quirky and Doesn’t Always Works

I just purchased this on Friday. It kept saying can’t connect, retry. I’ve deleted and downloaded several times in hopes that it becomes reliable. It hadn’t. I’m very disappointed in Hay House with their apps.

Directions say not to forget to flip over and nothing is there. They are beautiful though I just feel that they are not working correctly.

Nice looking cards. App needs work.

The positives are that the cards are nice looking with some great messages. The negatives are the shuffle button doesn’t work. The cards don’t actually shuffle and there is no additional information for each card. Most oracle card apps have that.
