Big steps can now become their own boards. BREAK IT DOWN When a card outgrows itself, tap "Break into a board." Its checklist becomes the starting cards, and the original card shows live progress — plus a heads-up while work is still outstanding underneath it. SEE TIME DRIFT AS IT HAPPENS Cards now show your estimate next to the time actually spent, so you catch a task running long while it's running long. PROCESS MEMORY LEARNS AS YOU GO It no longer waits for an entire board to finish. Every step you complete is measured, so long-running work finally teaches The Process something. LIVE FLOW STATS Cycle time, throughput, and a projected finish date for every active board — while it's still running. LANES THAT MEAN WHAT YOU SAY Tell The Process which lane means "finished" instead of relying on its name. "Shipped," "Paid," or a lane named in your own language now works properly. WIP LIMITS THAT PUSH BACK Set a limit on a lane and The Process stops and asks before you overload it. You can always override. REAL DEPENDENCIES (Pro) Link a step to whatever it's waiting on — including steps on a different board. Cards show what's blocking them, boards show the critical path, and you get pointed at the prerequisite instead of the thing you can't start yet. OWNERS (Pro) Assign work to a person rather than typing a name, with initials on cards and a running count of what's on their plate. NEW AUTOMATION TRIGGERS (Pro) Run a rule when everything blocking a card is finished, or when a card stalls in one lane too long. FIXES • Focus session time is no longer lost when you also use the manual timer • Recurring boards now appear on schedule instead of waiting for you to open the app
