Password help

The app worked good then all of the sudden it tells it is incorrect password to login but I know it is not incorrect cause I use the same password to login to my Facebook successfully I just wanted to say something about it

Why would you leave a one star review for this? Why didn't you contact us for assistance? This was a server issue that lasted a few minutes and it was resolved. If you experience any problems, please contact us. If the issue was resolved for you and the app is back to "working good" as you called it, please update your review and rating, because right now it really hurts the app and thus our ability to provide support and develop new features. Has problems

This used to be my favorite app but it quit working properly. It’s impossible to get help from support. When you click on Analyze Facebook, it logs into Facebook instead and takes you directly to Facebook homepage and doesn’t show any reports of deletion.

You received help from support within half an hour of writing an email, but you didn't reply to the last message. Your device has not enough free space for any app to run properly. As soon as you free up some space, your problem will be solved.

Instagram

The new version (free) does not synchronise with instagram data ie. no lost followers etc. Hope this is fixed in the next version update. Thanks
