Cannot always access my paper
Too much!!
After your update there is a lot of extra sites of other Papers I would never look at.
Also it would be very appreciated if you could just give me the Vancouver Province only.
I’m not paying for any of the others and have no intention of subscribing to them, so I don’t need to have them on my home page.

This app is ridiculous, makes you re sign in almost daily in order to read an article.
Doesn’t work
Doesn’t accept my valid login info from their website that also has an active subscription. Support has not been of help at all.
Duplicate purchases
I am frequently double charged for a single purchase…I suspect there is a software glitch in the app. Please fix or I will need to stop buying The Province paper.
Missing issues
Do not like that I can not download a issue I missed. Ie it is Monday and I did not read Sundays paper.
Frustrating app
The ePaper once downloaded is great but when you have to log out every other day and log back in, not so great. Called several times to fix including deleting and reloading the app. Appears the tech side cannot fix…
Not receiving ePaper
I didn’t receive my ePaper for March 3 OR March 4 and didn’t receive the March 2nd edition until late on March 3rd.

Not able to get the Saturday Sun.
We get the Province paper daily. We would like to get the Saturday Sun as well, but we are unable to purchase it through ITunes. We used to buy the Saturday Sun with no problem and they would just charge our credit card. I don’t understand what the problem is.
Can’t download back issues
With this new version of the app, I’m unable to download back issues of the newspaper where it was previously possible. They need to fix this and it will be a good app again.
No access
With a paid subscription to newspaper delivery, I understand I was to get the e version of your paper included. I got the e version for maybe 1 month and have not been able to gain access ever since. Very disappointed. Feel cheated.
On line subscription
If I don’t open the e-edition everyday, the daily paper will by pass it, and I can’t get into the edition I am missing.

Province review
Not the paper it once was. Really miss Gordon Clark and Mike Smyth. Now nobody watches the municipal governments or Victoria. Now too much fluff and not enough real news.

Banner on unopened paper
With the latest update, banners on unread papers have disappeared. This was a very useful function as it let me delete a number of papers at a time by clearly identifying which had been read.
Subscription
Why is Apple requesting a monthly subscription fee when I’ve paid for it directly to the paper?
Province newspaper
Unfortunately The Province newspaper parrots the Vancouver Sun and has become an unnecessary publication.
